The Great Escape Room® is an award winning and exciting escape room adventure that has proven to be a favorite around town. After entering our intricately themed room with your team the door is locked behind you and then the fun begins… Our rooms are part scavenger hunt and part puzzle-solving, and all groups must work together to escape. You have just 60 minutes… will you escape at The Great Escape Room?!
Are children under the age of 16 allowed to play?
Yes, but children under the age of 16 need to be accompanied by an adult.
How much time do I need to visit The Great Escape Room®?
You will need about an hour and a half for your visit.
Do I need any special knowledge or skills?
No, escape rooms are suitable for anyone who is willing to have fun, work as a team and keep an open mind.
Are bookings refundable?
Free Cancellation up to 48 hours. We want you to have the best experience possible, so here are a few things we need from you to make this possible.
Please be sure you understand and agree to all terms below:
- Players under 16 years old must be accompanied by and adult
- You will arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time for check-in. This ensures your entire game play time. We cannot delay games after because yours started late. Please allow for time to park on busy nights.
- You will receive a booking confirmation sent to your email. Please verify that you reserved the correct time and date.
- I agree that all bookings are final. Changes to this reservation can only be made up to 48 hours before the start of the event. I agree as the primary booker I will be responsible for any damaged or missing items/ props within the game.
- I have verified I booked the correct day and time for this reservation. I accept full responsibility for any errors on my behalf. No refunds or reschedules for no shows or late arrivals.
- 100% refund with at least 48-hour notice
- $10/pp administrative fee for changes with 4-47 hours notice.
- No changes or refunds for cancellations with at least 4 hours notice.
Can I have an event at my office / convention / party?
Yes! We offer a On The Run, our spectacular portable event that can be customized for any number of participants. Please visit your nearest Great Escape Room location for more details!
